Marjorie Maybeth Lombard, 97, of 110 Response Court, Bradley, widow of Samuel D. Smith, Sr. died on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Self Regional Medical Center.

Born in Detroit, MI, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Cora Grant Bates. Marjorie retired from K-Mart in Hollywood, FL and was a member of Bold Spring Baptist Church.

Surviving are a son, Samuel D. Smith, Jr (Debora) of Bradley; two daughters, Sharon Evans (Garry) of Bradley and Bonnie Angermair (Terry) of Tamassee; seven grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday at Bold Spring Baptist Church with the Rev. Randy Ouzts officiating. A graveside service will be held in Lauderdale Memorial Park, Ft. Lauderdale, FL on Saturday, August 4th at 1 pm.

The family will receive friends at the church before the service from 12-1 pm.
