Douglas Neil “Doug” Franklin, 40, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at his home. He was born on December 27, 1977 in Hagerstown, MD.
Doug attended Williamsport and Clear Spring Schools. He previously was employed with D.L. Martin Manufacturing Mercersburg, PA and most recently with Caldwell Manufacturing Williamsport, MD. He was of the Pentecostal Faith.
Doug is survived by his mother and stepfather Julie Lea Brechbill Poe and Rick Poe of Clear Spring, MD; father Paul Douglas Franklin of Berkeley Springs, WV; brother Timothy Paul Franklin; niece Savanna; nephew Timmy; numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.
Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD. Osborne Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
