Son of Mary Ellen Neville and Harry Jensen. While walking one evening to drop a letter off at the town Post Office for his mother Neville was picked up by a local man, taken to nearby woods where the man attempted to molest him. Neville fought back but was bludgeoned with a tire iron. His body was found the next day. His killer was questioned and confessed less than a week later. He was found guilty and hung in 1939 - the first person executed in New Hampshire since 1918 (not until 1970 was another person executed in this state). His parents moved to Los Angeles, where they died and were buried. He had one brother, Harry Edward Jensen (1923-1997).
