Sandy Run, SC - Patricia Gale Allison, 73, of the Sandy Run Community, was born in Asheville, NC. She was the daughter of the late Berlin and Mildred Williams Ballew. She was predeceased by her husband, John R. Allison.

As a teen, Mrs. Allison played the piano on stage in Nashville, TN. She and her husband ran a greenhouse and she loved to garden. She retired with 25 years tenure with Allied Chemical (Honeywell).

Survivors include sons: Darren M. Allison (Lisa F.) and Barry C. Allison; daughters: Tammy Allison Wolfe (James O'Cain) and Bambi Allison Hall (Ronald); grandchildren: Michael Allison, Alex and Haily Prescott, and Jenna Wolfe; 2 great-grandchildren: Carson Miller and Samuel Prescott; brothers: Anthony Ballew and David Ballew; sisters: Annette Penland and Shirley Scott; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3 PM on Sunday at Barr-Price Funeral Home and Crematorium, Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 PM on Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Beulah UMC Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Lung Association and Ronald McDonald House. Barr-Price Funeral Home assisted the family of arrangements.
