Army Sgt. Norman L. Tollett, 30, of Elyria, Ohio; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 504th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C.; died April 28, in Baghdad of wounds sustained when his unit came in contact with enemy forces using small-arms fire during combat patrol operations. Survivors include his father, Dave Tollett of Elyria; his mother and stepfather, Marti Miller-Sparks and Dave Sparks, both of Elyria; brothers Don Tollett of Millsboro, Del., and Ryan Tollett of Elyria; maternal grandparents, Robert and Arlene (nee Laubenthal) Wacker of Elyria; his girlfriend, Lesley Graham of Limerick, Pa.; and aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Norman L. Miller; and paternal grandparents, Arnold and Lois Jean Tollett.
