Private Services for Dennis will be held at a later date at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene.

Dennis was born to Leon and Jewel (Chandler) Kelley on July 20, 1946, in Brokenbow, OK. He was the owner of Dennis' Small Engine Repair.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
