She was born in Macon County, the daughter of the late Arthur Garland Quilliams and Lillie Ann King Quilliams.
She was a homemaker and a member of Bethesda Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, James Andrew Parker and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Bertha Lee Dills, Hattie Mae Moss, Ellen McClure, and Bethel Mick and three brothers, J. C., Robert and Edgar Quilliams.
A funeral service will be Saturday July 28th at 11:00 am in the chapel of Bryant-Grant Funeral Home, with Rev. Robert Dryman, Rev. Bert Crawford and Rev. David Brown officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Friday evening at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
