Frederick W. "Fred" Kline, 90, of New Oxford, passed away on Tuesday, July 24, 2018 at the Brethren Home, New Oxford. He was the husband of Alice M. (Deatrick) Kline who died March 2, 2005.

Born December 27, 1927 in East Berlin, PA he was the son of the late Dennis R. and Helen M. (Fitzgerald) Kline.

Fred was a member of the U.S. Army and received the World War II Victory Medal. He was employed with Crouse Trailer Sales, Hanover as a mechanic for many years. Mr. Kline enjoyed woodworking and was handy at making a variety of "make them yourself" gadgets. Fred also liked doing word books.

Mr. Kline is survived by his son, Gerald A. Kline and his companion Heidi Roadarmel of Hanover; two grandsons, Alan Kline and his wife Crystal of Hanover and Chad Kline and his wife Janaia of Arentzville; also survived by four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Eugene Kline.

Services will be private. Interment will be in Rest Haven Cemetery, Hanover.
