Richard David Daniel went to be with the Lord Tuesday July 17, 2018 after a sudden illness.
Dave, as he was known to all spent this past year living off the grid on his grandfather's home place and loving every minute of it as he would often tell us
f his love of the farm was only surpassed by his love of family and friends. Dave spent a lot of his time helping friends and neighbors in and around the holler. Words can't describe the void this leaves in our hearts, he will be dearly missed.
Dave is survived by his daughter, Toni Daniel of Beckley; sister, Sandra Daniel-Scott of Beckley; brother, Rocklin Daniel of Wake Forest NC; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Sunday, July 22, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Bolt Fundamental Baptist Church. The burial will follow in the Okey Daniel Family Cemetery at Cove Creek.
The Daniel Cemetery is located on the old home place in Cove Creek Wv, off Saxon rd, on private property and is accessible by contacting me here or the posted phone number at the property
