Formerly of Litchfield, Charleston and Mattoon, Illinois. Passed away peacefully on July17, 2018 at the age of 71. Beloved husband for 45 years of Lucy. Loving father of Justin (Shawna) and Derek (Caryn) Webb. Proud and fun Grumpster of grandchildren Jordan, Madison (Zach) Toner, Tyler, Nyelli, Casey, and great-grandchild Kingston. Adored son-in-law of Donna Jasinskas. Preceded in death by his parents J.C. and Gladys Webb, and 3 brothers Arnell, Bobby and Terry Webb. Dearest brother of Shirley Wofford, Lee Benton, Sandra Esquivel and Debbie Webb-White. Further survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rick was an employee of Illinois Consolidated Telephone Company in Mattoon, Illinois, President and member of Litchfield Rotary Club, President of Litchfield Chamber of Commerce and member of the Litchfield School Board.

All through his recent illnesses, Rick remained fun loving, positive and upbeat.

Memorial Gathering on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS MISSION HILLS CHAPEL, 8910 W. Drexel Avenue, Franklin, Wisconsin from 11am to 1pm with Military Honors and Memorial Service at 1pm.

In lieu of flowers or gifts memorials to the Wounded Warriors Project or the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
