86, of Jamesville, passed away on Wednesday at Iroquois Nursing Home. Born in Syracuse, she was the daughter of Frederick and Agnes Koegel and one of eight children. She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, James, who died in 1995. Jane and Jim moved to California in 1959 and settled in Whittier, CA. She returned to Syracuse in 1999. She was totally dedicated to her husband and family. She loved gardening, cooking, decorating, painting and traveling. Her kindness and generosity will be forever cherished by those who loved her. Survivors: a sister, Antoinette Carapella of Baldwinsville; a brother, Thomas Koegel of Fayetteville; stepson, James Dixon Jr., of Goldsboro, NC; and nine nieces and nephews. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Saturday at Eaton-Tubbs-Schepp Funeral Home
