Shane Thomas Russell, 18, went to heaven on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. He was born on June 24, 1998 in Merriam, Kansas to his parents, John and Diane Russell. Shane loved the lake, playing football and baseball and most of all hanging out with his friends. He truly was a big hearted teddy bear who touched a lot of lives and was loved by all. Shane had a very kind soul, and will be truly missed. Our hearts our broken, but his sweet beautiful smile and memory will always live on in each one of us that he had touched on this Earth. Shane is survived by his parents, John and Diane Russell and his sister, Cortney Russell all of the home; grandpat, Walter Martin of Roeland Park, Kansas; lots and lots of aunts, uncles, cousins and good friends. Shane's Celebration of Life Memorial Service gathering at the home will be held on Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 1:00-4:00pm. Shane's Celebration of Life Memorial Graveside Service will be held on Monday, 1:00pm, June 26, 2017 at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Grove, OK. Arrangements are entrusted and under the direction of Lawson's Funeral Homes and Cremation Services Chapel, 722 N. 46th St., Grove, OK 74344 with Shaunda J.
