Life:
Carrie was born in Boston MA, the daughter of the late Earl and the late Florence Mildred (Nevers) Alban.
A graduate of Newton High School, Carrie went to Otterbein College, where she was active in drama and played opposite Ed Begley in "Death of A Salesman" as well as other wonderful performances. Loving animals, Carrie owned & operated The Privileged Pet, in West Newton from 1983 to 1987.
Moving to Bellingham in 1986, she established The Kennels at Puddlebanks Farm in order to fulfill her passion and lifelong vocation of loving, caring for, and helping the dogs and kitties of the world. She was dearly loved.
She was an active member of the Bellingham Bible Baptist Church.
Family:
Carrie is survived by her 2 Sons: Gregory A. Gregg and his wife Cindy of Fredericktown OH and David C. Gregg and his wife Cherie of Hollywood FL;
1 Granddaughter: Estelle Abel and her mother Vanessa Abel of Marysville OH; 1 Sister: Joyce, wife of Joseph Kennedy of Chesapeake VA; also several nieces & nephews.
In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place.
Private committal services of her cremains will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Cancer Care Fund @ Milford Regional Medical Center, c/o Milford Regional Healthcare Foundation, 14 Prospect Street, Milford MA or to the Bellingham Bible Baptist Church, 365 Hartford Avenue, Bellingham, MA 02019.
