Wendy A. Matthews, 36, of Ford City, died Sunday, April 10, 2011, in her home.
She was born July 28, 1974, in El Paso, Texas, and was a member of Victory Baptist Church, East Franklin Township. Wendy loved cats, and collected James Patterson books.
More than anything, she will be remembered for her smile and giggle.
She is survived by her mother, a sister, two stepsisters, a nephew, and her good friend.
Wendy was preceded in death by her father, George Karl Matthews.
At Wendy's request, all services were handled privately.
Arrangements were entrusted to the care of the Welch Funeral Home, 1032 Fourth Ave., Ford City.
