Mary Jane Dull Hoffman passed away at her beloved home, Glenthorne Farm, on July 19, 2018.
Mary Jane was a mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, wife, friend and artist, who loved her community, church and her life on the farm.
She will be lovingly remembered by brother, John Matthews and wife, Phyllis; daughters, Susan O'Hanlan (Tom) and Beth Ann Judy (Jay); son, Charles Dull (Linda); grandchildren, Jonathan Sloan (Rachel), Ben O'Hanlan (Joy), Mary Fisher, Sarah Beasley (Ryan), Brandon and Maddox (Channing), Rachel Lyons (Todd), Jacob Hagood, Tim Hagood and Jillian Cowherd (Eric); and great-grandchildren, Nathan, Brooks and Marleigh, Cecilia, Lilly and Beau, Natalie and Abby, Bailey, Hank and Waylon, Finleigh and Charlotte.
She was preceded in death by her spouses, Walter Hoffman and Charles "Ben" Dull; daughter, Cynthia Hagood Hankley; grandson, David Hagood Jr.; sister, Cecilia Anderson; and parents, Cecil Matthews, Anne and Ligon Clark.
Mary Jane was born in Staunton, Virginia on April 24, 1936 and was a proud, lifelong Virginian.
