Mrs. Barbara Ann Hansard Allen, age 85, of Molena, formerly of Fayetteville, passed away July 18, 2018. She was born in Unadilla, daughter of the late Abner Hansard and Minnie West Hansard. She was a homemaker, and she also worked as a bookkeeper for her husbands business, Joe Allen Plumbing Co. in Fayetteville. She enjoyed crocheting.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Allen, her son Paul Allen, and her brother Lowell Hansard.

She is survived by her daughters and a sons-in-law: Linda and Tom Reese of Molena and Pam and Ronnie Taylor of Fayetteville; grandchildren: Kevin Reese, Jennifer Wallis, Bryan Taylor, Ashley Ford, Kimberly Stewart, and Chad Allen; daughter-in-law: Kay Allen of Tucker; seven great-grandchildren; brother: Capus Hansard of Marietta; and sister: Margaret Warren of Tallahassee, FL.

Friends may visit the family on Saturday, July 21, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., at the funeral home. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m., in the chapel of Moody-Daniel Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Harris officiating. Burial will be held at 3 p.m., at Forest Hill Memorial Gardens, 722 Conley Rd., Forest Park, GA 30297.
