Carol Walden age 68, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018 at her home in Pevely, Missouri. She was born February 8, 1950 in Fort Knox, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Billy B. and Mary E. (nee Michael) Martin.
Carol graduated from Civic Memorial High School in Bethalto, IL in 1968. She was a production supervisor retired from Foster Forbes Glass Company(Aradagh).
Carol loved flower gardening, spring time weather, and home decorating. She was a great fan of HGTV, loved doing jig saw puzzles, and caring for her "fur babies" Candy, Cody, and Boo.
She is survived by the love of her life, and husband Charles E. Walden (married September 22, 1990); daughters Jennifer (Jeff) Munzlinger of Dittmer, Missouri, and Michelle (Nick) Livingston of Kokomo, Indiana; son Jason (Jennifer) Balicki of Maryland Heights, Missouri; sister Clara (Darrell) Schaefer of Granite City, Illinois; brothers Bill (Sheila) Martin of Godfrey, Illinois, and George (Velda) Martin of Bethalto, Illinois; four grandchildren Caitlin Munzlinger, Lucas Munzlinger, Ashley (Kristen) Depung, and Emily Kemble; great-granddaughter Winona Depung; 11 nieces, nephews, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; and her maternal aunt Betty Warren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a niece Heather Martin.
Interment in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City, Missouri.
