In addition to the death date other discrepancies are: DC spells the surname Hargrave - no "s", and lists his middle initial as "B". Correct info: his father-John Hargrave b. KS, mother-Rosanne Hays b. KS & informant Mrs. Blanche Hurd of Joplin MO.

1910, 1920 & 1930 Census, Neosho, Newton Co. MO: Luther was listed with his wife, Stella. They were the parents of Blanche, Leona, Nola, Ethel, & Luther.
The 1940 census lists Luther as a widower, age 70. He was living with his son, Luther, age 18.
