Mrs W.W. Anderson
Henrietta Watson, beloved wife of Mr W.W. Anderson, 8th line Ramsay, who was born on 30th of June, 1855, at Grattan, County of Renfrew, and married on July 15th, 1881, passed to her Heavenly rest on Saturday, February 18, in her 73rd year, after a long period of ill-health. She was a loving and devoted mother and a quiet unobtrusive member of the Baptist Church, Almonte. The family came to Ramsay about 20 years ago. One son died in infancy and another son, Robert was killed 16 years ago. The surviving members of the family are Mrs H.M. Cable, Carleton Place. Mrs W.L. Thompson, Ottawa, Mrs T.J. Thompson and Mrs W.H. Metcalfe, Ramsay. William J. Anderson, Ramsay and George Anderson, Chicago. The funeral, which was largely attended at her home and at the Auld Kirk Cemetery was conducted by Rev A. Cecil Dixon. The pallbearers were Messrs Wm Simpson, Andrew ford, And four nephews, Messrs Wm Rea, Alton Matthews, Geo Watson, and Robert Anderson.
