Verna M. Donaldson, 68 of Spooner, died Thursday, July 11,1991, at the Community Memorial Hospital, Spooner.
She was born 8 November 1922 to Ernest and Mabel(Ingbretson)Weideman in the township of Madge. She graduated from Spooner High School in 1940. On 6 April 1946 she married Reuben Donaldson. She had been a cook for various restaurants in the surrounding area. She had been a resident of Shell Lake and lived the last two years in Spooner.
She is, survived by one sister, Eleanor Piotrowski, Covington,GA; one brother, Gene Weideman, Clear Water,MN
Her husband preceded her in death in 1969, and also two brothers.
Graveside services were Saturday, at the Madge Evergreen Cemetery, with Rev. Robert Thrasher officiating.
The Pockat Funeral Home, Shell Lake, is in charge of arrangements.
