Son of Winfield J Forman & Agnes M Betrand Forman.

Raymond served as a Corporal, 350th Infantry, 88th Infantry Division, U.S. Army during World War II.

He resided in Chittenden County, Vermont prior to the war.

He enlisted in the Army on July 1, 1942 in Rutland, Vermont. He was noted, at the time of his enlistment, as being employed as a Driver and also as Single, without dependents.

Raymond died in the "Line Of Duty" during state side training during the war.
