Connie Rudine Phillips was born on November 15, 1983 in Cincinnati, Ohio to the proud parents, Ronnie and Tanya Phillips. Connie was smart, strong minded, and wise beyond her years. Her friends lovingly referred to her as “Grandma,” because she was always the mature one in the group. Connie was the only one of her parents’ children to never get into any trouble. After graduating from Diamond Oaks High School, Connie met Gregory Allen a.k.a. Mike, and together had three beautiful girls. Connie enrolled in South Western College because education was important to her and she wanted to make sure she set a good example to her children. Connie graduated with honors as a medical assistant all while being a full time student, working full time and being a full time mom. Connie is preceded in death by her grandparents Homer and Cora Phillips, Harry and Rose Reid, her uncles Alonzo, Bobby and Homer (June) Phillips and her brother Juan Reid. Connie leaves behind her parents, Ronnie and Tanya; her brothers and sisters Ronnie Jr, James, and Tamela Phillips; her three children Desiree, De’Asia and Deonna Allen; seven nieces and nephews and a host of aunts whom she loved dearly. Connie is gone, but will never be forgotten as her spirit lives on in the lives of those who loved her.
