Lenora J. Bennett (Jean) born to Thermos and Phoerbe Long on September 2, 1933 went to be with the Lord on July 15, 2018 at the age of 84.
She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Harry B. Bennett.
She is survived by her children, Brenda, Harry and his wife, Alice; her siblings, Shirley, Darlene, Pat; grandchildren, Cynthia and her husband, Shaun and Sabrina; great-grandchildren Cassidy, Ashley and Preston.
Jean enjoyed fishing and going to the coast with her husband Harry before his passing in 2000. She worked with the San Antonio Police Department for over 30 years as a supervisor for the 911 dispatch department until her retirement. She loved her SAPD family. Jean loved spending time with her family and loved playing slots in Las Vegas. She will be deeply missed by all.
