James, Don W., passed away, Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at the age of 83.
Beloved husband of 63 years to Patsy James (nee Hart); dear father Donna (Jim) Schiro, Denise (Bob) Rojeski and Don (Cathy) James Jr.; loving grandfather of Jamie (Ryan) Demeter, Jodie (Adam) Crohn, Caitlin Rojeski, Robby (fiancé Amanda Stitch), Emma James, Justin (Amber) James, Ashley James; great-grandfather Zoey Demeter, Rory Demeter and Iva Crohn; loving brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Sixty-two year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local #1; fifty years as a Master Mason; Past Grand Master Craftsmen, Electrical Craftsmen; Past Master Craftsman, St. Louis Chapter #2 Electrical Craftsman. Long time member of Berkeley Presbyterian Church and St. Mark Presbyterian Church. Joined as a salesperson, and then purchased his own Construction Supply Manufacturer’s Sales Agency business in 1972, until he turned the reigns over to his son in 2002. Avid golfer, St. Louis sports enthusiast. As involved and active as his life was, nothing was more important to him than his family and the traditions and values he instilled in all of them.
Services: Saturday, July 21, 2018 at St. Mark Presbyterian Church, 601 Claymont Dr., Ballwin 63011. Visitation at 10:00 am in the church Narthex followed by a Celebration of Life Service 11:00 am in the Sanctuary. A luncheon buffet will follow the service in the church hall. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Mark Presbyterian Church, Ballwin.
