John Lombardi Jr. of Bristol passed away peacefully July 14, 2018. He was 92. He was born to the late Giovanni and Matilda (Martino) Lombardi Sr. in Bristol. John proudly served in the U.S. Army from 1946 to 1947; and his occupational specialty was Axman Surveying. After the Army, he worked for RCA in Camden, N.J., and then as a machinist for National Can for almost 30 years until his retirement. John enjoyed traveling and took many trips with his longtime companion, Marie. He also enjoyed ballroom dancing. John will be deeply missed. John was preceded in death by his brothers, James, Anthony, Mario, and Albert Lombardi.

He is survived by his longtime companion, Marie Nataro; sister, Rose Lombardi Russo; and nieces and nephews, James Lombardi, Michael Russo and his wife, Wanda, Dr. Marian Sanphy and her husband, Tim, Gloria Jean Brennan, and Albert Lombardi.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. on July 19, at Molden Funeral Chapel and Cremation Service, located at 133 Otter St., Bristol, PA 19007. A funeral ceremony will begin at 11 at the funeral home. John will be laid to rest with his parents at St. Mark Cemetery.
