Margie was born December 14, 1937 to Andrew Otto Scogin and Claudia Elizabeth DeGueurce Scogin and passed away on July 15, 2018. She was of the Baptist faith. Margie had worked as a horse trainer, was vice president and cashier at National Bank of Bossier and as a truck driver on a pipeline.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Samuel A. Kelly.
Margie is survived by sons, Kirby D. Johnson of Kent, WA, and Leslie W. Kelly of Bossier City, LA; granddaughter, Treasure Winters of Bossier City, LA and brother-in-law, Kenneth “Mud” Kelly of Benton, LA.
