Mable Susskin, 78, of James Square Nursing Home died Monday at the home. A native of Goshen, Ind., Mrs. Susskin lived in Fulton before moving to Syracuse in 1940. Her husband, Hyman, died in 1981. Surviving are two sons, Gerald Dexter of East Syracuse and David Dexter of Memphis, Tenn.; four daughters, Janet Charette of Jordan, Joan Peltz of Gambrills, Md., Noreen Rowley of Winchester, Va., and Marilyn Susskin of Canastota; a sister, Lillie Dupar of Fulton; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Services and burial will be private. There will be no calling hours. Delaney & Greabell Funeral Home, East Syracuse, has charge of arrangements.
