Les was the owner and operator of Foster's Bakery for 38 years, closing on June 27, 1993. Among his other interest, were farming and horses. He attended the Cowboy Church in St. James, MO.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Carlos Foster; one sister, Cledia; son-in-law, Jimmy Crain; and two Grandsons, Carl Eugene Crain and Christopher Karmann.
He will be greatly missed by his surviving family which includes his longtime companion, Earlene Hoffman, of Rolla; 4 children, Leslie "Gene" Foster, of Niangua, MO, Letta Crain, of Rolla; Keith Foster and wife Carol, of Rolla; and Kim Karmann and husband Scott, also of Rolla; a brother, Ernest Foster, of Mountain View, MO; one sister, Mattie Burks, of Wright City, Mo.
13 Grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other extended family members and dear friends.
