Mary K. O’Keefe, 39, of Taunton and formerly of Bridgewater, passed away Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at her home. She was the beloved wife of Sean P. O’Keefe.
Born August 3, 1978 in Stoughton, she was the loving daughter of Robert L. Edwards and Rita V. (Hutchins) Edwards. Raised in Bridgewater she was an exceptional soccer player. She graduated from Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School and then attended UMASS Dartmouth and Massasoit Community College where she received her Associates Degree in Accounting.
Mary was an Accountant working for John F. Shea Company in Avon.
She is survived by her husband, Sean P. O’Keefe; her beloved children, Caleb Patrick O’Keefe and Noah Robert O’Keefe; her parents, Robert and Rita Edwards; her sister, Julie L. Aguiar and her husband Scott; her nephew, Declan J. Aguiar; her mother-in-law, Rebecca O’Keefe; her father-in-law, John O’Keefe; her brother-in-law, Colin O’Keefe; she is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was the sister of the late Elizabeth A. Edwards.
Following Cremation, a Memorial Gathering will be held in the Russell & Pica Funeral Home, 441 South Main St., (Rt28) West Bridgewater on Thursday, July 12th from 4:00-8:00PM. A private Memorial mass will be held in St. Thomas Aquinas Church with interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Taunton.
