Mrs. Joan Kerr Griffin, 83, of Marshville died Wednesday, July 11, 2018, at Carolinas Continued Care Hospital. Born July 22, 1934, in Columbia, SC, she was a daughter of the late Paul and Sallie Talbert Kerr, She was also preceded in death by one grandson, Jacob Webb, her sister, Frances Dye and widowed by Mr. Jim Griffin in 2014.
Memorial Services will be 2 pm Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Marshville. The family will greet friends following the service.
She is survived by children; Amee Webb of Marshville; Scott and Sara Webb of Summerville, SC; Andy and Charlene Webb of Wilksboro, NC; Elizabeth Griffin and Glen Foltz of Minneapolis, MN; and Bart and Edna Griffin of Indian Trail, NC; grandchildren, Nina Webb of Charlotte, NC; Nate Brewer of Marshville, NC; Blair Griffin of Charlotte, NC; Tyler and Brittany Griffin of Charlotte, NC; Jason Cruz of Matthews, NC and Scott and Daniel Foltz of Minneapolis, MN.
