James D. Blake, 86, of Great Falls, Mont., died Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015, from the effects of dementia.

Mr. Blake was preceded in death by his wife, Jo Ann Hicks Blake; his parents; and seven siblings. He is survived by three children, Mark, Matthew and Mary Jo Blake; and two grandchildren, Christopher and Andrew Blake.

Per his request, no service was held. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in James’ name at alz.org.
