Age 89, of Arkadelphia AR, formerly of Hot Springs AR, died Saturday, at Twin Rivers Health and Rehab; born in Hot Springs AR to Sidney B and Sally M Adkins; member of First United Methodist Church of Hot Springs for many years.
Predeceased by husband of 41 years Ernest L. Teague, sisters Catherine Adkins and Modene Midyette, brothers Sidney C, Everett W, and Flournoy C Adkins, two infant sons, and niece Doris Ann Chiarelli.
Survivors include a stepson, a granddaughter, a niece, several great nieces and nephews, and a special friend.
