PHILLIPS, Dan A. 7/25/1937 - 12/1/2014 Allegan Passed away Monday, December 1, 2014 at his home. Dan was born July 25, 1937 in Doster, MI, the son of Frank and Mary Phillips and had lived in the area the past 15 years. He loved racing at the Galesburg Speedway, camping at Swan Lake, fishing, bowling and especially spending time with his family. Surviving are his 4 children, his longtime companion, numerous grand and great grandchildren; brothers, sisters. He was preceded in death by siblings, Dora (Don) Williams, Frank (Fran) Phillips, Bill Phillips, Beverly (Jack) Gorman, Mary Phillips, brother-in-law, Ken Madison, sister-in-law, Pat Phillps. Following his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at a later date. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association .
