Sherry Lynn Miller, age 63, of Merriam, KS, passed away on March 20, 2017. Visitation at 11AM on Saturday, April 8, with memorial service at 12PM at Floral Hills Funeral Home. Entombment at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Sherry was preceded in death by her husband Dwight "Chip" Miller III, her mother and step-father, Wathena and Bob Baldus, her father, Alden Smith, and her sister, Laura Wilcox. She is survived by her children, Raina Knox, Brett Miller, Shawna Mitchell, and Jason Miller; her grandchildren Erin McCoy, Cory Friend, Marley Miller, Clay Miller, Jordan Miller, Sabrina Mitchell, Madilyn Mitchell, and Hannah Schram. Sherry loved gardening, travel, and her grandchildren. She had recently become a "world traveler" on her first cruise and was looking forward to her second. She never knew a stranger, and made friends where ever she went. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
