Dennis was an active and delightful man who was involved in the United Cerebral Palsy Alternatives Day Program. He enjoyed taking field trips with his group, learning many different things about the seasons of the year, and making special memories. He had a special love of fire engines and was fond of the TV characters from Charlie Brown, Sesame Street, and Winnie the Pooh.
He was preceded in death by his brother, F. Craig Swartz.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, July 14 at St. John's Episcopal Church, 1 N. Hanover Street, Carlisle followed by a reception. Burial will take place privately in Rolling Green Cemetery.
