Mrs. Frank Marr Dies Sunday Morning in Clinton Hospital.
Clinton, Ia., May 15 -- Mrs. Frank Marr, 1719 Roosevelt street, died early Sunday morning in Mercy hospital, where she had been receiving treatment during the past four days. She had been ailing about a year.
The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the Pape funeral home on North Second street.
Mrs. Marr is survived by her husband and four sons and daughters, all of Clinton. They are: Clarence Marr, Mrs. Hazel Gray, Mrs. Mabel Stoddard and Mrs. May Van Runkle. She also leaves a sister, Mrs. Arthur Giddings of Sabula.
Mattie Hodges was born at Zion, Illinois, Oct 4, 1868. She was united in marriage to Frank Marr at Sabula on March 3, 1892 They had ten children, six of whom preceded their mother in death There are eleven grandchildren and on great-grandchild, all living here.
