He was preceded in death by his parents, James W. Stewart and Mary and Ronnie Appleby.
Survivors include a brother, Michael J. Stewart (Jeannie); two sisters, Jolanda Worrall (Alan) and Melissa Crosier (Jamie); three nieces and nephews, Lori Tyree (Todd), Cory Worrall (Katy) and Megan Crosier; and five great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin and Peyton Tyree, Lily Grinar and Hunter and Margaret Worrall.
Visitation: Thursday, July 12, from 1 to 8 p.m. and Friday, July 13, after 9 a.m. at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville in New Albany.
