Darrell, son of Darrell Ross Jr. and Catherine Caleen (Freeman) Page was born January 14, 1954 in Dallas, TX. He enlisted in the United States Army in 1971, Second Armored Cavalry Regiment. He was honorably discharged from active service in 1974. He was active in the Army Reserves until 1977. After the military he pursued his career as a survey engineer.
Darrell is survived by his wife Carolyn Page; mother Catherine Caleen Page; sister, Vanessa (Page) Hunter, and brother Tom (Leona) Page, all of Terrell, TX; two daughters Katarina of Germany, and Mindy (Ryan) Estes of Kaufman, son Jeremy (Rachel) Page of Tripoli, IA; ten grandchildren, Morgan, Makayla, Mason, Colton, NoraJean, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Abilene, and Odessa; two stepsons Bryan (Rachel) Martin of Gainesville, TX, and Jamey Martin of Grand Prairie, TX; and eleven step-grandchildren, Chance, Seth, Parker, Zachary, Bayleigh, Kyleigh, Ashley, Sarah, Kaitlyn, Robert, and Haley; and one step-great grandchild Ellie.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday July 10, 2018 at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Terrell, TX with The Rev. Cn. Jerry Morriss officiating. Inurnment will be 10 am August 9, 2018 at The Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery in Dallas, TX.
