Victor Hill, 90, passed away March 26, 2010 of a stroke. He was also a cancer survivor. Graveside services will be Tuesday, March 30, 2010, at 1 p.m., at D.W. Newcomer's Floral Hills Memorial Gardens. Victor retired as Chief Architect for FHA. He was a WWII Veteran of the Army Air Corps, past member of the Scottish Rite of Free Masons, and the Lutheran Church. He is preceded in death by his high school sweet heart, and wife of 59 years, Bettye. Victor enjoyed a good life with close friends hunting, fishing, golf, and travel.
