Terry L. Howell, 59, of Peru, Indiana, passed away at 10:01 a.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011, at St. Vincent Hospital. Terry was born September 7, 1956 in Peru, Indiana, the son of Martin and Inez (Chambers) Howell.
On March 7, 1986, he married Ovon Callander and she survives. He was a self-employed roofing contractor. He is survived by his sons, Joshua Howell, Martin Howell, Jonathan Howell, Terry Murray and Dewayne Shipman, all of Peru; his daughters, Lisa Wessell and Chance Rich, both of Peru; three granddaughters, Emily Howell, Anna Howell and Lillie Anne Wessell; two sisters Rebecca (Danny) Logsdon and Sharon Lumpkins, all of Peru; and a nephew, Denny Chambers of Peru. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Raymond Chambers. Funeral services for Terry L. Howell will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2011, at
Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 W. Third in Peru, with Pastor John Alton officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home
on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
