OBITUARY: Myrtle Daniels Murphy, 88, of Junction City, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012, at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. She was born May 14, 1923, to Dempse and Ola Cameron Lee in Junction City. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Junction City, a school bus driver for the Junction City School District and a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her parents; two husbands, Thomas L. Daniels and Henry Murphy; two sons, Ronnie L. Daniels and Tommy Daniels; three brothers, Don Lee, Howard Lee and Lloyd Lee; and one sister, Clara Thompson. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Barbara Daniels of Junction City, LA; grandson, Shane Daniels (Melanie) of El Dorado; granddaughter, Meagan Jean (Seth) of Magnolia; nephew, Chris Thompson (Brenda) of Redding, CA; and four nieces, Pam Atwood (Chris) of Redding, Brenda Reddick (Marty) of Elgin, IL, Gloria Jean Coker of Fort Mitchell, AL, and Sue Ellen Castleberry of Jonesboro. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. today in the fellowship hall of First Baptist Church in Junction City. Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 25, at First Baptist Church in Junction City with the Rev. Buddy Boatright and Bro. Milton Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery under the direction of Young's Funeral Directors. Memorials may be made to Roselawn Cemetery, c/o Bill Nelson, P.O. Box 837, Junction City, AR 71749.
