He was known as Peepaw to his family and Moose to his coworkers.
He was born March 16, 1942 in Comesneil, Texas.
Tommy was the type of man who never met a stranger, he was a servant of the people, and he would help anybody with just about anything. Tommy was a lineman with IBEW Local 2286 and he retired from Newtron Electrical. He loved going to the Friday night football games and watching his grandkids. He enjoyed fishing when he could find the time and watching old Westerns on television. Tommy loved the car races, including drag racing, and going to the dirt track in Beaumont. Tommy was a great man and he will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Tom and Edilda Mullins; sisters, Nell Mobley, Mary Baker, and Doris Moseley; brother, Emmett Mullins, and Frank Page; and great-granddaughter, Nevaeh Butler.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Ann Mullins; children, Darla Leatherwood and husband, Bo, Joe Mullins and wife, Robin, Leo “Junior” Butler and wife, Angel, Ricky Mullins and wife, Laura, Randy Mullins and wife, Melissa, Michael Butler and wife, Allison and Destiny Hatcher; twenty grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; sisters, Sharon Johnson and husband, Wendell and Judy Hooks; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews, and many friends.
