A son of the late Arnold Rodney Mustain and Lilly Carter Mustain Fairchild, he was a roofing contractor and a US Marine veteran.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Frances Layher Mustain; four sons, Steven (Gina) Mustain, Terry (Cathy) Mustain, Jerry (Opal) Mustain, Kenneth Mustain and his fiancé, Jane King; fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and one brother, Arnold Mustain.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Lonnie Mustain and a sister, JoAnn Smith.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Monday, July 9, 2018 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Franklin Furnace.
