Carolyn Dianne Swartling, 72, of Aurora, went to be with our Lord, Saturday, July 7, 2018 in Ft Worth, Texas. Funeral services will be Tuesday, July 10, at 11:00 AM in the chapel at Jones Family Funeral Home-Decatur. Burial will immediately follow at Aurora Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
Carolyn was born on September 27, 1945, to Ned and Nora Mae Smith in Roscoe, Texas. She grew up in Colorado City, Texas. Carolyn was an LVN nurse from 1977-2012. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo Swartling.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her children, Tammy Swartling, Sheldon Northcutt; grandchildren, Noah, Nathan, Leah, Nicholas; sister, Mary Jamison & husband Tom; brothers, Joe Smith & wife Lupe, John Smith; and several nieces & nephew
