Born in Gravel Switch, KY she was a homemaker and was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, William L. Watson; her parents; three brothers; and four sisters.
She is survived by her children; Scott Watson (Elizabeth); William D. "Dale" Watson (Rhonda); and Sheila Walker; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
Her funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 11 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial to follow in Lebanon National Cemetery.
