Doris Robinson, 88, of McComb, MS., passed away on July 4, 2018 at the Courtyard Rehab Center in McComb, MS.
Visitation will be Friday from 5 PM until 8 PM at Line Creek Baptist Church in Kentwood, LA., with visitation again on Saturday from 9 AM until services at 10 AM at the church. Dr. David Millican and Rev. Laverne Summerlin will officiate and burial will be in the Line Creek Cemetery. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb will be in charge of arrangements.
Doris was born on June 21, 1930 in Louisiana. She is the daughter of the late, Sonny and Juanita Short Wall.
Doris was a house wife and a member of Line Creek Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grand and great-grandmother and will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Doris is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lewis L. Robinson, two sons, Louis A. Robinson, Wendell R. Robinson with several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by one son, Julius “Brent” Robinson of Osyka, one brother, Charles Wall of Louisiana, one sister, Faye Simmons; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren with numerous nieces and nephews.
