The death of Wesley Myers, 36, occurred at St. Mary's Hospital early today following an illness of only two days. Wesley was born at Crosshill on Feb. 12, 1901 and was a son of Anna Myers and the late Albanus Myers, natives of Baden and Linwood. He was a shoemaker in employ of Merchant Rubber Company. He was a member of Olivet Evangelical church. Deceased was married on April 10, 1925 in this city to Jennie Creigthton. He is survived by his wife and two children, Peggy 9 and Betty 11. Also his mother and two brothers, Rueben and Walter, two sisters, Mrs. John Hilgartener and Mrs. Ed Riehl, all of Kitchenher. The funeral will be held Saturday afternoon. There will be a private service at the residence, 1522 King Street a three o'clock to be followed by a public one at 3:30 at Olivet Evangelical church. Interment will be made in Woodland cemetery. Rev W. J. Zimmerman will conduct the services.
