Rebecca Sue Booth, 54, passed away July 5, 2018, at Hays Medical Center. She was born on July 10, 1963, in Hoisington to Harry and Esther (Howell) Martin.

Rebecca was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church. She had a love for coloring, butterflies and plants, but she especially loved to hear the cardinals sing.

Survivors include, daughters, Amanda and Nathan Degenhardt of Great Bend, Tiffany Heape of Ellinwood, Hannah Contras of Great Bend and Allie Johnson of Wichita; sons, Alex Contras of Great Bend and William from Iowa; brothers, Mike and Nancy Martin of Pratt, Doug and Janice Martin of Larned, Kevin and Laura Martin of Hoisington and Gary Martin of Great Bend; sisters, Cynthia Martin of Great Bend, Debbie Lebbin of Manhattan and Jeanie and LeRoy Donovan of Hoisington; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Ryan Booth and sister, Martha Knight.

Funeral Services will be held at Bryant Funeral Home on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Dwight Dozier presiding. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to the Rebecca Sue Booth Funeral Expense Fund, in care of Bryant Funeral Home.
