Amy Pearl Ernst, 77, resident at Regal Towers, died Monday at a Council Bluffs hospital following a short illness.
She was born at Unionville, MO., and had resided most of her life in Council Bluffs. She was a member of the East Unit of Jehovah's Witnesses.
Survivors include her husband, John of Council Bluffs; three daughters, Mrs. Delores Raus of Council Bluffs, Mrs. Viola Rowland of Lakewood, Calif., and Mrs. Marjorie Odell of East St. Louis, Ill.; four sons, Robert Harris of Ft. Meyers, Fla., Edward, Ervin and Earl Ernst, all of Council Bluffs; a brother Walter Blythe of Pasadena, Calif.; four sisters, Mrs. Donald Harris of Colorado Spring, Colo., Mrs. C. W. Pickett of Casper, Wyo., Mrs. Ana Webber of Ottumwa, and Mrs. Ethel Vanosdoll of Beatrice, Neb., grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are pending at the Meyer Funeral Home.
