Frankie L. Lucas, age 72, of St. Clair, MO passed away suddenly late Monday, July 2, 2018 at Missouri Baptist Hospital in Sullivan.

Frankie Lee Lucas was born June 4, 1946 in Festus, MO the son of Leslie and Alice (DeClue) Lucas. He grew up and attended school before going to work as a young man. Through the years, he worked various jobs but he enjoyed working as a mechanic the most….

Over the years, Frankie loved fishing, hunting, Cardinals baseball and working on motors. He enjoyed cooking and eating all kinds of food. He especially loved blackberry jam. Any time spent with his grandchildren was time well spent for Frankie. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.

Frankie is survived by his children: Shawn Lucas and wife, Angel, Gregary Lucas, Brian Hays and wife, Alicia all of St. Clair, Yolanda Lucas and Collette Lucas of Missouri; a brother, Jule Lucas of St. Clair; two sisters: Glenda "Bonnie" Box of Bourbon, MO and Judy Guetenburg of Cedar Hill, MO; grandchildren, Lexia, Cirstin, and Kelsie Shoemaker & Ethan, Daniel, and Cassandra Hays and numerous other grandchildren; two previous wives, Paula Lucas of Union, MO and Linda Lucas of St. Clair; two sisters-in-law, Evelyn Lucas and Rosie Lucas both of St. Clair; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers: Joe "Beanie" Lucas and Jesse Lucas; and four sisters: Janet Warthen, Nettie Pettus, Mildred Boyster, and Sue Coleman.

Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Eaton Funeral Home in Sullivan, with Rick Rice officiating. Interment will follow in Sparks Cemetery in Lonedell, MO.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at the Eaton Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions, in memory of Frankie, may be given to his family.
